Shipping policy

.customers in African countries may be responsible for local import duties and taxes — 

All Mercy Manna products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• South Africa: 5–10 business days
• Africa (international): 2–4 weeks
• Europe, USA, Canada, Australia: 1–3 weeks
• Rest of World: 2–5 weeks

Duties & Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Lost or damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will arrange a replacement.
